Sir Grant Shapps is a British politician and former Conservative MP who served in multiple senior Cabinet roles between 2010 and 2024, including Defence Secretary, Energy Secretary, Business Secretary, Home Secretary, and Transport Secretary. MP for Welwyn Hatfield from 2005 until losing his seat in 2024, he was noted for infrastructure reforms, Ukraine support, and defence spending increases, as well as past business controversies over pseudonymous marketing.
